Below is a list of keyboard shortcuts for various features in Dotdigital.

Generic shortcuts

These shortcuts are generic to most applications and can be used in most areas of Dotdigital.

EasyEditor preview

These shortcuts can be used from the EasyEditor preview.

Press this key	To do this
1, 2, 3	Switch between desktop, tablet, and phone previews (1 = Desktop, 2 = Tablet, 3 = Mobile)
i	Togglei images on/off
R	Rotate tablet or mobile preview Trhis does not affect desktop preview
H, T	Switch between HThML and plain text
P, D	Open personalisation and dynamic content preview dialogp
Esc	Close any dialog window

These shortcuts can be used from the program builder.

Press this key	To do this
Arrow keys	Pan canvas when no node is selected
Arrow keys	Move focused node
Shift+Arrow keys	Pan canvas when node is focused
Ctrl+Arrow keys	Pan canvas and move focused node
Tab	Focus next node in the program. This goes down the “Yes” route on decision nodes, and stops on other kinds of split nodes.
Shift+Tab	Focus previous node in program

These shortcuts can be used from the Image manager.

These shortcuts can be used for managing your folders in various areas of Dotdigital.

Left arrow	Collapse selected folder
Right arrow	Expand selected folder
Shift+Left arrow	Collapse selected folder and all sub-folders
Shift+Right arrow	Expand selected folder and all sub-folders
Shift+D	Delete selected folder
Shift+N	Add a new subfolder
Shift+R	Rename selected folder
Shift+A	Select the "All folders" item
Alt+Up arrow	Move selected folder up the list
Alt+Down arrow	Move selected folder down the list
