By default, your transactional email automatically tracks opens, clicks, and bounces of your sends. You can turn any of these tracking features off either individually or entirely.
Turn off open, click, or bounce tracking on transactional emails
Expand the User menu and go to Settings > Tracking > Transactional email link tracking.
Under Tracking settings, next to the tracking type you want to turn off, clear the Active check box.
Tracking types are Open tracking, Click tracking, or Bounce tracking.
