By default, transactional email automatically tracks opens, clicks, and bounces for your sends. You can turn off any of these tracking features individually or disable them entirely.
Turn off open, click, or bounce tracking on transactional emails
Expand the User menu and go to Settings > Tracking > Transactional email link tracking.
Under Tracking settings, next to the tracking type you want to turn off, clear the Active check box.
Tracking types are Open tracking, Click tracking, or Bounce tracking.
