Our integration hub lets you connect and integrate other apps and software with Dotdigital, such as CRMs, ecommerce, review, social media platforms, and more. The Integration hub offers a selection of pre-built connectors to popular third-party systems that enable you to easily integrate with the tools you use most without needing technical expertise.

Using our integrations to sync data between your different platforms and Dotdigital reduces the need for manual work and dramatically improves your efficiency. You can then use this data to deliver more personalised and targeted campaigns with Dotdigital and better understand and engage with your customers.

Use cases

Here are a few examples of the different types of integrations on offer in the Integration hub.

Connect your ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Bigcommerce, or Magento (Adobe Commerce), to Dotdigital. This enables you to automate sending targeted emails to customers based on their purchase history, abandoned carts, or other ecommerce-based possibilities.
