Tonight's planned upgrade has just been completed. New this month we have:
Brand new address book picker
Gone is the endless paging when selecting address books to send to; instead, you can scroll through all your books, order them, and search for them. We'll also warn you when you're about to send to all your contacts (just to make sure that's really what you wanted to do).
Refinements to the Global Suppression List
When a contact reaches the Global Suppression List (GSL), it's normally because that address no longer exists. However there are occasions when an address 'comes back to life'. We're now constantly watching for activity on all our suppressed contacts, and removing addresses from the GSL as appropriate. Note that just because a contact has been removed from the GSL does not mean it won't get added again in the future, based on what we see happening with the address.
Additional information on the reporting screens
We've added 'unique clicks' and 'click to open rate' as column options to the main reporting page. To show them, turn them on via the Display button.
In addition, we're now including the subject line, from address and campaign name when comparing reports (on the occasions where this information won't fit, hovering over the thumbnail area will show you everything in full).
We also have a few EasyEditor refinements. You can now fully justify and strikethrough text (useful for "Sale! Was £9.99 Now £5.99" and similar situations). We've also given the Dynamic Content popup a make-over, to make it look more like the others in EasyEditor.
