Using the dashboards in Engagement Cloud for Salesforce

Overview

The application is supplied with a configured dashboard comprising of seven segments:

  • Top 10 Email Campaigns by Clicks
  • Social Networks shared across all Email Campaigns
  • Return on Investment by Marker
  • Top 10 Email Campaigns by Opens
  • Top Clicks across all Email Campaigns
  • Reasons for Email Suppression
  • Email Campaigns by Timeline

When the data is sparse, the panels will display little or no content. Dashboards can be edited by adding new components, changing the data source, reordering components and adding filters.
