Overview
By implementing a range of automation features you can save yourself a large amount of time. However, it's important to know that the automation you've implemented is working as you're expecting it to. This article explains how you can check the status of some of the automation features you have enabled.
User action and order status automation enrolment
There is a single report for all contacts that are due to be, or have already been, enrolled in an automation program, making this simple to check upon. This report can be found in Marketing Automation > Reports > Automation Status.
The report contains all of the contacts to be enrolled and the type of automation enrolment due to them. You can filter/sort by a number of values on this report and, most importantly, you can see the contacts that haven't enrolled yet, or have failed to enrol, and the reason why.
Review request emails
If you have enabled review request emails and you're looking to confirm that these emails are sending correctly, it's best to check the report in Marketing Automation > Reports > Email Status.
This report will only ever contain abandoned cart emails or review request emails. It allows you to sort and filter by a number of values and, most importantly, it will confirm that review emails are being added to the process to send and being sent correctly. The 'Send Message' column will display any of the errors encountered should the connector experience any issues when trying to send your emails.
Please comment underneath with any questions you may have.
Magento 2.0
The above also applies for Magento 2.0, with the only difference being that the reports mentioned above are found by going to Reports > Marketing Automation > Automation Enrollment and Reports > Marketing Automation > Campaign Sends.
