Scheduled sends can be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date if necessary. They can be found and managed under 'Email Group Sends'.
Cancelling scheduled sends
- From the menu bar go to Engagement Cloud > Email Campaigns and use the search to locate the campaign and click its name.
If you are using the Classic Interface you'll need to access 'Email Campaigns' from the ribbon under Marketing > Email Campaigns.
- Select the more options button (three dots) from the menu and choose Email Group Sends.
If you are using the Classic Interface you'll need to access 'Email Group Send' by selecting the down arrow next to the Campaign name from the ribbon.
- Select the scheduled job and click DELETE EMAIL GROUP SENDS in the menu bar.
