Configs for bulk syncs can now be edited under Import Settings in Dotdigital > Developer.

The MigrateData patch is removed.

The subscriber cron now defaults to run once per hour.

Log output for the new syncs has been adjusted.

The UpdateConsentPaths data patch doesn't now break upgrade if re-run.
