Configs for bulk syncs can now be edited under <i>Import Settings</i> in Dotdigital &gt; Developer. 

The <code>MigrateData</code> patch is removed. 

The subscriber cron now defaults to run once per hour.

Log output for the new syncs has been adjusted.
