If you've decided to disconnect your BigCommerce store from Dotdigital, you can easily remove the connection from your BigCommerce settings.

Remove your BigCommerce connection

To remove your BigCommerce to Dotdigital connection:

  1. In Dotdigital, go to Connect and select the BigCommerce tile under Installed integrations and extensions.

  2. Under the heading Store access, select REMOVE BIGCOMMERCE CONNECTION.

  3. Read the removal information, then select REMOVE.
