Shared catalogs is a good way to maintain gated product catalogs with different pricing and structure for different buyers.
Sync shared catalogs
1. Enable shared catalogs
- Go to Stores > Configuration > GENERAL > B2B Features. 
- Select Yes from the Enable Shared Catalog drop-down menu. 
- Select Save Config. 
2. Set up syncing for shared catalogs
- Go to Stores > Configuration > DOTDIGITAL > Sync Settings. 
- Select Yes from the Shared Catalog Enabled drop-down menu in the Sync area. 
- Select Save Config. 
Information
- The synced information for a catalog appears in Dotdigital in Ecommerce > All stores > Catalogs. 
- After enabling the Shared catalog sync option, we recommend resetting your catalog data sync to ensure all product data is correctly assigned to the relevant catalogs in Dotdigital.
