Synchronise your forms
To set up automatic synchronisation of your form data from Dotdigital to Microsoft Dynamics:
Go to Email Accounts under Settings in the left side menu.
Select an account.
Select Scheduled Sync Settings.
Set the Interval and Sync window for the Forms sync type.
Select Save.
Learn more about Scheduled Sync Settings in Administration Settings in Microsoft Dynamics.
You might be working on a form and want to retrieve the latest statistics immediately, without waiting for the next automatic synchronisation.
To manually synchronise a form:
Go to Forms under Dotdigital in the left side menu.
Select the checkbox next to a form name.
Select Synchronise in the toolbar at the top of the page.
Hidden field values
Synchronisation of hidden field values is not currently supported. For these fields there is a blank entry instead under Display value.
To ensure data from hidden fields can be synchronised, you can assign the hidden field to a Contact data field in Dotdigital, and then map this to an Email Data Label in Microsoft Dynamics.
