There are two ways to use pages and forms on your Shopify site:
Embed it within the webpage (this article)
1. Create embedded code
You first need to create your embedded code in Dotdigital:
Go to Content > Surveys, pages, and forms, and select the page you want to embed.
Select PUBLISHED PAGE, at the top-right of the page.
Under Generate embed or pop-over code, select GENERATE EMBED CODE.
Copy the generated code to your clipboard for use in the next step.
2. Insert the embedded code
Next you need to copy and paste the embedded code into your Shopify store’s HTML. In your Shopify account:
Go to Online Store > Pages.
Select Add Page.
Enter a title for your page.
Select the HTML <> icon.
Insert your form's installation code from the previous step into the Content field.
Select Save.
To view a preview of your page on your store, select View page.
