Sync shared catalogs

Learn how to sync your shared catalogs in the Dotdigital for Magento B2B module.


Use the Enable Shared Catalog feature to make custom pricing available for different companies. Shared catalogs is also a good way to maintain gated product catalogs with different pricing and structure for different buyers.

Syncing shared catalogs

To start syncing shared catalogs:

Step 1: Enabling shared catalogs

  1. Go to Stores > Configuration > GENERAL > B2B Features.
  2. Select Yes from the Enable Shared Catalog drop-down menu.
  3. Select Save Config.

Step 2: Setting up syncing for shared catalogs

  1. Go to Stores > Configuration > DOTDIGITAL > Sync Settings.
  2. Select Yes from the Shared Catalog Enabled drop-down menu in the Sync area.
  3. Select Save Config.


  • The synced information for a catalog appears in Dotdigital in Ecommerce > All stores > Catalogs.
  • After enabling the Shared catalog sync option, we recommend resetting your catalog data sync to ensure all product data is correctly assigned to the relevant catalogs in Dotdigital.
