View, edit, or delete a scheduled data import

Learn to view, edit, or delete any scheduled data imports on your account.

Overview

You can view all scheduled data imports set up on your account. You might do this to view the status of, check the history of, edit, or delete an import.

View data import history

To view all your scheduled imports, go to Email > Contacts > Import data. Under Import data, you can see all your scheduled imports.

Edit a data import

To edit a scheduled import:

  1. Go to Email > Contacts > Import data. Under Import data, you can see all your scheduled imports.
  2. Find the import you want to edit, and select Edit.
  3. Follow the steps to edit:
    • The collection you add the data to.
    • The import file.
    • The schedule of the import.

Delete a data import

To delete a scheduled import:

  1. Go to Email > Contacts > Import data. Under Import data, you can see all your scheduled imports.
  2. Find the import you want to delete and select Delete.
  3. On the confirmation message, select Delete.
