Learn to view your transactional email reports in Engagement Cloud or your transactional sends in Dynamics.
You can view reporting for transactional email sends in Engagement Cloud and for transactional sends in Microsoft Dynamics. You can also check out how your workflow is doing.
View transactional email reports in Engagement Cloud
To view your transactional email reports in Engagement Cloud, and go to Transactional email. You can see how many transactional emails were sent, delivered, opened, and clicked.

View transactional sends in Dynamics
To view transactional sends in Dynamics:
- Go to Settings > Email accounts.
- Select an account.
- Select Transactional Sends.
View transactional send reports in Dynamics
To view your transactional send reports in Dynamics, go to the Engagement Timeline. Opens and clicks aren’t currently synced.
To view your Engagement Timeline:
- Go to Marketing > Contacts.
- Select the contact you want to view.
- Select Engagement Timeline from the toolbar.

Check the status of your workflow
To check the status of your workflow, go to Workplace > Advanced Settings > Process Center > Processes > Select your workflow > Process Sessions.
If you don’t see Processes, you must contact your CRM administrator to access this.
