Learn how to see all the outbound messages you sent, when you sent them, and who you sent them to.
Overview
Use the outbound messages report to see all the single sends and campaign sends you have sent from your account.
View the outbound messages report
To view your outbound messages:
- Go to
- Select Outbound messages.
- Select the campaign you want to view the report for.
Understanding the outbound messages report
All your outbound messages are listed on the outbound messages report. By default, we list messages on a nine column table:
- Date sent
The date you sent the message. - Telephone number
The telephone number you sent the message to. - Country
The destination country of the message. - From name
The From name used for sending the message. - Segments
The number of message segments used. - Message
The content of the message.
If the message is longer than the displayed content, hover over the message to reveal the full text.
- Type
The type of send – Single send, Campaign send, or the name of the program it was sent from. - Status
The send status of the message. - Datafield 1
Any content inserted in the contact's profile for datafield 1.
Set the date range
Select date range at the top-right, and choose a time frame for the messages you want see.
Add or remove information from the outbound message view
To add or remove information from the message inbox view:
- Select Display at the top-right.
- From Table display settings, select or clear the checkboxes to add or remove information from the inbox display.
Available display items
- Select all
- Country
- Date sent
- Message
- Preview
- Telephone number
Search by phone number
To search by phone number:
- Select the Search by number box at the top of the table.
- Enter the phone number you want to search for.
- On your keyboard, select Enter.
