With the Dotdigital for Shopware Flow Builder extension installed and enabled on your Shopware account, you can use Shopware Flow Builder to trigger certain actions in your Dotdigital account, such as sending triggered transactional email campaigns to customers.
Before you start

You must have Dotdigital API user credentials to enable the Dotdigital for Shopware Flow Builder extension.

1. Install the extension
The Dotdigital for Shopware - Flow Builder extension must be installed using your Shopware account.
Download the extension from our Github page: dotdigital-for-shopware-flowbuilder.

2. Enable the extension
In Shopware, go to Extensions > My extensions.
To enable the extension, turn on the toggle for Dotdigital for Shopware Flow Builder.
Select settings (⋯) and select Configuration from the drop-down menu.
Choose your Sales Channels, Region, and enter your API username, and API password.
