This guide explains how to manage folders consistently in various areas, helping you keep everything in order.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
You can manage folders the same way in the following areas:
- Lists 
- Segments 
- Email campaigns 
- Templates > Custom templates 
- Templates > Custom surveys, pages, and forms templates 
- Surveys, pages, and forms 
- Images 
- Programs 
- Triggered email 
- Email reports 
Folders are automatically sorted alphabetically.
Add a new folder
- Select ADD A NEW FOLDER. 
- To add a folder under an existing one in the tree, select the folder where you want to add and then select ADD A NEW FOLDER. 
- Enter your folder name. 
- Select ADD. 
Your folder is added to the folder tree.
Rename a folder
- Select the folder you want to rename. 
- Select the folder name twice (double-click) the folder. 
- In the popup window, enter the new name. 
- Select RENAME. 
Your folder now has a new name.
Move folders
You can easily move and organise folders to suit your needs.
- Select the folder you want to move. 
- Drag and drop the folder to a new location. 
- To move a folder out of another folder, drag it to a higher-level folder. 
Delete a folder
- Select the folder you want to delete and hover over it. 
- Select the Delete icon. 
- Select DELETE to confirm your action. This action cannot be undone. 
 
You can delete only one folder at a time.
