Efficiently organise your content by copying, moving, renaming, and deleting folders across the platform.

This guide explains how to manage folders consistently in various areas, helping you keep everything in order.

Before you start

Things you need to know:

You can manage folders the same way in the following areas:

  • Lists

  • Segments

  • Email campaigns

  • Templates > Custom templates

  • Templates > Custom surveys, pages, and forms templates

  • Surveys, pages, and forms

  • Images

  • Programs

  • Triggered email

  • Email reports

Folders are automatically sorted alphabetically.


Add a new folder

  1. Select ADD A NEW FOLDER.

  • To add a folder under an existing one in the tree, select the folder where you want to add and then select ADD A NEW FOLDER.

  1. Enter your folder name.

  2. Select ADD.

Your folder is added to the folder tree.


Rename a folder

  1. Select the folder you want to rename.

  2. Select the folder name twice (double-click) the folder.

  3. In the popup window, enter the new name.

  4. Select RENAME.

Your folder now has a new name.


Move folders

You can easily move and organise folders to suit your needs.

  1. Select the folder you want to move.

  2. Drag and drop the folder to a new location.

  3. To move a folder out of another folder, drag it to a higher-level folder.


Delete a folder

  1. Select the folder you want to delete and hover over it.

  2. Select the Delete icon.

  3. Select DELETE to confirm your action. This action cannot be undone.

You can delete only one folder at a time.
