Verified partners have the verification badge added to their listing on our Partner directory, so potential users can see that your integration has gone through the process. Your integration also appears in the Connect area of the Dotdigital platform.

The verification process
To have a verified integration, firstly, you must be a Dotdigital technology partner.

We also have some mandatory requirements that integrations must meet in order to be verified.

During the verification process, you're connected with a member of our Partner Engineering team, who serves as your primary contact throughout the verification process.
There are a number of key milestones which must be achieved as part of the verification process, including:
A discovery call to discuss the potential integration, or an existing one if you're looking to make improvements. We provide guidance and best practices for using our APIs.
After this call, your Partner Engineering contact assists you with the technical aspects of building the integration and answers any questions you might have.
Once the integration is complete and ready to go live, a Partner Engineering team member sends you a verification form to fill out and submit for review. After reviewing the form and ensuring all verification criteria are met, a final verification call is scheduled.
During this call, you have the opportunity to demonstrate your integration to a select panel of Dotdigital's technical team. Following the demonstration, you're informed whether your integration has been successfully verified.
