Verify your account
In your WhatsApp Business Manager account, go to Business settings > Security Center.
In Business Verification, select Start Verification.
Select your organization's registered country.
Enter your Business Legal Name, Address, Phone Number, and Website. Ensure this information matches supporting documents.
Choose a verification method. Options: Email, Phone call, Text message (SMS), or Domain verification.

Confirm your contact method and enter the received verification code.
Meta reviews your documents and sends a confirmation email when they verify your business. You can check your verification status in the Security Centre. After verification, check your messaging limit before sending your first campaign. If your verification is rejected, make the necessary changes and resubmit for verification.
Avoid common business verification issues
Business verification is often rejected for these common reasons:
Company details don't match supporting documents
The information you enter in the verification form must exactly match your supporting documents, such as bank statements or articles of incorporation.
For example, if you enter "Dotdigital LLC" but your documents say "The Dotdigital LLC," Meta rejects the application. The same applies to addresses and other details.
Phone number verification lacks proof
If you're verifying your company's phone number, you need to provide proof that the number belongs to your company. For example, a utility bill that includes the phone number.
