When your organisation joins the Dotdigital Partner program, one of the benefits you automatically receive is access to the Partner Hub.

Once logged in to Dotdigital, the Partner Hub allows you to:

  • Make referrals

  • Invite your team members

  • Access the Partner Academy

Make referrals

To make a client referral to Dotdigital:

  1. Select MAKE A REFERRAL NOW.

  2. Complete the requested details in the Partner lead referral form.

  3. Select SUBMIT REQUEST.

The details of your referral go directly to your Partner Manager who will reach out to you for any further details or discussion.

Invite your team

  1. Select +INVITE YOUR TEAM in the top right.

  2. Select ADD NEW MANAGED USER.

  3. Enter the email address for the user.

For Partner Hub users, you don’t need to set any permissions. Permissions only apply to CXDP for Partner accounts. Learn more in the section Upgrade your account.

  4. Select SAVE.

An email invitation is sent to the user, who then needs to complete the registration process by creating a password. Once this is done, they can log in to the platform.

Partner Academy

The Dotdigital Academy is the place to find a host of training and learning resources. We have special certifications built and designed with our partners in mind to help you support our mutual clients to get the best out of working with Dotdigital, and with you.

To access, select Access Partner Academy, then log in with your Dotdigital credentials.

Upgrade your account

The Partner Hub is a foundation-level Dotdigital account which gives you access to all the resources you need.

To enable you to use the full range of communication, automation, reporting and insights features that Dotdigital has to offer, you can upgrade to a CXDP for Partners account.

To do this, contact your Partner Manager.

User permissions

When you upgrade to a CXDP for Partners account, you must check and, if necessary, amend the permissions of account users, to control which areas of the platform users can access and edit.

You must be the account owner, or a user with Can manage account permission, to edit users. You can see each of the available permissions and the access they allow in the section Understand user permissions.

To do this:

  1. Log in to Dotdigital.

  2. Expand the User menu in the bottom left and select Settings.

  3. Go to Users and Teams > Users.

  4. Select the user you want to adjust permissions for.

  5. Select the Default permissions tab.

  6. Set each permission to YES or NO, as preferred.
You can enable or disable all permissions at once. To do this, select ALLOW ALL or ALLOW NONE at the top of the permissions list.

  7. Select SAVE.
