Contact cards, also known as vCards or Virtual Contact Files (VCF), are a standardised file format used for exchanging business and contact information. They can be sent with MMS, making it easy for recipients to import your contact details into their address book.

Contact cards can only be sent with MMS.
Create a contact card
In Dotdigital, expand the User menu, then go to Settings > SMS/MMS > Contact card.
Enter your company contact details in the form. Learn more about each field in the Contact card fields table.
Once complete, select SAVE.
Contact card fields

Send your contact card
When creating an MMS message, for Include contact card, select Yes. The contact card is then included in your MMS.
