Before you start

Things you need to know:

  5. Select APPLY, then select FINISH to complete the import.

Update specific fields for existing contacts

  1. Prepare your CSV file with only the columns you want to update, such as Email and Discount code.

  2. Go to Audience > Contacts.

  3. Select NEW CONTACT > Import contacts.

    • For File, choose a file with your contact list.

    • Enter Email address to notify.

    • Choose Encoding type.

  4. Select UPLOAD.

  5. Map the Email column to the email identifier.

  6. Map other columns to the correct data fields.

Update data for suppressed contacts
