This feature is useful for quickly sending your campaigns to newly created contacts, or contacts in different lists that have not received previous campaigns.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
You must have previously created and sent a campaign for it to be available.
To view your sent campaigns, go to Campaigns > Email or Campaigns > SMS/MMS and select the Sent tab.
It's not possible to send MMS campaigns through the Send previously sent campaign action.
Send a previously sent campaign
To send contacts a previously sent campaign:
Go to Audience > Contacts.
To find contacts in a specific list, go to Audience > Lists and select the list name.
To choose the contacts you want to send to, select the check box next to a contact's Created date.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Send a previously sent campaign.
For either Email campaigns or SMS campaigns, select CHOOSE CAMPAIGNS, and then select the check box for the previously sent campaign you want to send from the list. Hold ctrl to select multiple campaigns.
Select APPLY.
Optionally, select CHOOSE CAMPAIGNS again to select another campaign to send.
Select NEXT.
Check the summary information in the side panel, and select SEND CAMPAIGN.
