You can add consent text to your survey that respondents can check to agree to.

If your page or form is assigned to a contact data field then the consent data is stored as ConsentInsight against the contact.

When you export a page or form containing consent, the export includes the text and whether it was agreed to or not.

Before you start

Things you need to know:

Add a consent block

  1. Expand the Form block menu, then drag the Consent block onto the EasyEditor canvas.

  2. On the Consent block, double-click Type consent text here and enter your consent text.

  3. If consent is required, select the Consent box to open the left-side settings menu. Then select the Required answer check box and enter your required answer message into the text box.
