It’s possible to use Marketplacer as either a Seller or an Operator. You must be a Marketplacer Operator to use the integration.
Sync direction for your data is one-way, Marketplacer to Dotdigital.
Abandoned carts are not automatically configured as part of the integration, but we may be able to assist with setting up abandoned carts depending on the configuration of your Marketplacer site.

Activate the integration
To activate the Marketplacer integration, you must contact us. We need to support the installation to make sure it’s correctly configured and works as expected.

Subscribed and non-subscribed contacts
Your Marketplacer contacts are synced into a Dotdigital list called Marketplacer Contacts. If you have chosen to sync both subscribed and non-subscribed contacts, you can use a segment based on the NEWSLETTER_SUBSCRIBE data field to differentiate between the two.
