Chat
- We’ve added additional functionality to chat to help you and your agents: - Check out all available chat features with chat feature tours. 
- Make sure your chat widget is working correctly by checking the widget status. 
- Preview your chat widget before it is active on your site. 
- We’ve added more flexible options for setting your team out-of-hours. 
- We improved browser and email notifications so you and your agents never miss a message. 
 
- We’ve added the option to schedule optimised email sends. 
Account management
- We’ve added a single location for purchasing upgrades and add-ons for your account. 
Automation
- View your program data quickly and easily using the new program analytics feature. 
Product recommendations
- You can now choose which fields appear in your product recommendations and order them exactly how you want. 
- We’ve added new tax options to the product recommendation block. 
Ecommerce
- You can now add a custom default tax rate for each of your catalogs. 
Integrations
- It’s now possible to integrate your account with Zoom Webinars. 
Transactional email
- We’ve made some changes to transactional email, you can now: - Add attachments. 
- Send emails in batches. 
- Add metadata values in an API call. 
 
SMS
- We changed the position of the time zone picker when sending an SMS.
