Before you start
Things you need to know:
Only account owners and users with Can manage account permission can access the webchat widget settings.
Check the webchat widget status
Expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Chat > Widget.
Under Widget status, the status of your chat widget is displayed.
Available statuses
The chat widget displays the following statuses:
Widget is visible
The webchat widget is visible on your site
Widget is hidden
The webchat widget is hidden from your site because:All teams are set to hide
The chat widget is hidden from your site because all teams have the Show team in chat widget setting set to disabled.All teams are out of hours, offline or hidden.
The chat widget is hidden because all teams are outside of office hours or no agents are available. The widget is configured to stay hidden during these times.
To edit chat team settings, expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Chat > Chat settings.
