Learn about the upcoming discontinuation of the Dynmark and Comapi online shop.

Who this change affects

This change affects SMS users of Dynmark and Comapi who purchase SMS products online, enabling them to add credits to their Wallet.

What's changing

We are stopping access to the Dynmark and Comapi online shop on Friday, 25 June 2021. This is in line with other changes, such as the retirement of certain SMS services previously communicated.

Don’t worry; there are lots of options available to you for continuing to send SMS with dotdigital, some of which you will have already spoken to your Account Manager about.

  1. Move to the dotdigital Engagement Cloud platform to send SMS

  2. Move your current SMS only API to the dotdigital multi-channel API

Whichever option you choose, we’ll move your credits to your new account, and you can carry on sending without interruption.

We hope that SMS continues to work for your business, but if you decide that none of these options works for you (we hope that's not the case), please be aware that any credits in your account on 25 June 2021 will not be refundable. That's why we ask that when you next top-up online, you make sure it's not for messages you intend to send after 25 June 2021. There will also be a message displayed in the online shop to remind you, but please don't hesitate to contact your account manager if you have any questions.
