Activate products and services you've added to your account.

You may have purchased some additional products or services and need to activate these in your Dotdigital account. We've arranged the items in alphabetical order to help you find what you need.

If you can't find what you're looking for, or need any further help relating to Dotdigital account packages, products or services, contact your Customer Success representative.

Description

Abandoned cart

For set up instructions, check out Set up abandoned carts.

Additional alias credit

Additional alias

To learn more about email aliases, check out Purchasing an alias for a domain already in your account.

You won't be able to send from a newly purchased alias until 30 minutes after creation.

If the domain you're purchasing your additional alias for doesn't appear in your account, contact Support.

Additional API calls

Your API limit has now been updated as per your service agreement.

Admin console

Your admin console has been added to your account. If you need help with using the admin console, contact your Customer Success representative.

Advanced personalisation

Advanced personalisation is now active on your account. To learn more, check out the Liquid section of the Help Centre.

Annual Value Plan

Your Annual Value Plan is active on your account. To see your email sends allowance, expand the User menu and go to Settings > General > Usage.

Description

Bundles

If you have purchased a Dotdigital bundle plan, you'll be contacted by one of our Digital Marketing Specialists who can help you with the onboarding of your account.

Items included in your bundle plan can be found on your Service Agreement.

Branded domain

Your branded domain has been added to the account specified in your Service Agreement. To view it in your account, expand the User menu and go to Settings > Email > From addresses.

Branded domains - things you need to know

You must ensure that your domain is validated. Your Service Agreement has further details.

You won't be able to send from a newly added domain for four hours after creation. We strongly advise you perform test sends before making live sends from the new domain.

If you need to transfer a branded domain to a child account, contact Support.

Description

Channel extension - Salesforce

Your Dotdigital channel extension for Salesforce is now active. To use the extension, go to Automation > Programs and create or edit a program.

Channel extension - Custom extension

Your Dotdigital custom channel extension is now active. To use the extension, go to Automation > Programs and create or edit a program.

Child account

Your child account has been added to your Dotdigital account system. To access it, log in to your top-level (parent) account. Expand the User menu and go to Settings > Users and teams then select Accounts.

You can log in to the child account directly from the Dotdigital login page.

Company name change

Your company name change has now been processed. If you need any invoices re-issued with your new company name, please contact credit.control@dotdigital.com.

Contact scoring

Contact scoring has been added to your account. To learn more, check out the Contact scoring section of the Help Centre.

CRM records

Your CRM records are now set as stated in your Service Agreement. If you're having any issues with the limit, contact your Customer Success representative.

Custom from address credit

Learn how to purchase your new Custom from address, in How do I purchase a new domain for my CFA?

Custom from address

Your Custom from address has been added to the account specified in your Service Agreement. To view it in your account, expand the User menu and go to Settings > Email > From addresses.

.com domains renew for one year and .co.uk domains renew for two years.

You'll hear from one of our onboarding teams who can help you to set up and ramp up your dedicated IP address.

Email credits

Your email credits have been added to your account.

The credits expire at the date stated in your Service Agreement. Email credits do not roll over past this date.

If you have purchased a Dotdigital Essential Package, you'll be contacted by one of our Digital Marketing Specialists who can help you with the onboarding of your account

You'll receive an email with your Microsoft Dynamics signup form. If you don't receive this, contact your Customer Success representative.

Microsoft Dynamics connector - upgrade version support

With this product, you're upgrading the version of the Microsoft Dynamics connector you currently use. If this isn't what you need, contact accounts@dotdigital.com.

Program nodes

Your program nodes have been upgraded in your account.

Professional Package

If you have purchased a Dotdigital Professional Package, you'll be contacted by one of our Digital Marketing Specialists who can help you with the onboarding of your account.

Professional Services credits plan

To make use of your credits, contact your Customer Success Representative.

Salesforce connector

You'll receive an email with your QuickLink code, and contacts by a member of our Salesforce Onboarding team who can assist you to set up the integration.

Sandbox - without connector

Your sandbox can now be found under your account. If you haven't supplied us with a login, you'll receive a separate email requesting this.

If you don't know your password, select the Forgotten password link on the login page.

The email address you submit must be valid and match your Dotdigital account email login.

Sandbox for Magento connector

You'll receive a form from one of our Digital Marketing Specialists who can help you with the onboarding of your sandbox.

Sandbox for Microsoft Dynamics connector

You'll receive an email with login details for your sandbox and the Microsoft Dynamics form to connect your sandbox. Your account comes free with the products you discussed with your Customer Success representative.

Sandbox for Salesforce connector

You'll receive an email with login details for your sandbox and your QuickLink code. Your account comes free with the products you discussed with your Customer Success representative.

Scheduled contact importer

The Scheduled contact importer has now been activated on your account.

SMS - from name, short code and keyword

You'll receive an email confirming your choice of short code and keyword.

You can create your own SMS from name. Learn how in Using an SMS from name.

SMS - dedicated virtual number

You'll receive an email confirming your dedicated virtual number.

You shouldn't exceed a maximum of 300 outbound SMS messages per day on your dedicated virtual number.

You can create your own SMS from name. Learn how in Using an SMS from name.

SMS - credits

Your SMS credits have been added to your account.

SSL certificate

SSL certificates are issued by our Service Operations team. You can contact them at service.operations@dotdigital.com.

If you have purchased a Dotdigital Startup Package, you'll be contacted by one of our Digital Marketing Specialists who can help you with the onboarding of your account.
