The signup form failures report shows all of the contacts that failed to sign up using your forms and the reason why.
View the signup form failure report
Go to Analytics > Reports
Expand the MORE REPORTS drop-down menu and select Signup form failures.
Manage the data you see
Use the report controls to change the data you see. Set a date range to view your results across different time periods.
Set the date range
Select the date range control in the top-right
Select the current time frame (by default, this is Last 7 days)
Choose either:
Pre-defined date range
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 days
Last week
This month
Last month
Last 30 days
All-time
Custom date range
Choose your from (start) and to (end) date
Select APPLY.
Understand the report
The signup form failures report has five columns:
Reason
This column indicates why a contact failed to sign up using a form. These are all the potential reasons why a sign up failed:

The email address the contact entered.
This can be blank or incorrect.
Phone number
The phone number the contact entered.
This can be blank or incorrect.
URL
The URL of your signup form.
Date created
The date and time the contact failed to sign up using the form.
Export the report
Select EXPORT CSV to export the signup form failures report as a downloadable CSV file for your internal records.
