The Dotdigital for Magento connector batches your contacts and transactional data before importing them. You can increase or decrease the number or contacts or orders in each batch depending on your needs.
Change batch size
In Magento admin, go to System > Configuration > dotmailer > Developer.
Under Import Settings, enter your desired Contact Sync Size and Data Sync Size.
Contact Sync Size
This allows you to chose how many contacts are batched every time the contact sync runs. By default this sync runs every 15 minutes and is set to 500 contacts per batch.
We don't recommend you increase this value beyond 3,000 contacts per batch. If you're unsure, contact us at support@dotdigital.com.Data Sync Size
This allows you to chose how many orders, wishlists, or products are batched every time the corresponding syncs run. By default this sync runs every 15 minutes and is set to 50 unique orders, wishlists, or products per batch.
