Unsubscribe with Shopline
You can unsubscribe a contact in Shopline from the Shopline admin by editing their Subscription status.
To do this:
In Shopline, go to Customers.
Select the customer you want to change the subscription status for.
Under Subscription, select Edit.
Clear the check box for Email or SMS to unsubscribe, depending on what channel you are unsubscribing the customer from.
After you unsubscribe a contact in the Shopline admin, when the next sync happens, we add all newly subscribed contacts to your lists and remove any unsubscribed ones.
Unsubscribe from Dotdigital
There are various ways to unsubscribe or suppress a contact in Dotdigital:
The contact unsubscribes from within a campaign.
The contact's email address has previously hard bounced.
You add the contact's email address manually to the suppression list.
