Dotdigital offers a range of ways to reach your customers. Some of these are built in to your contracted allowances, while others can be used on a pay-as-you go basis, or paid for through the premium messaging wallet.

Standard messages and premium messages

Standard messages can have a sending allowance built in to your account package.

Premium messages are charged separately either on a pay-as-you-go basis, or using funds you have added to your premium messaging wallet.
