Campaign statistics synchronisation level in Microsoft Dynamics

Learn how to change the synchronisation level of your campaign sync.

The connector can sync campaign statistics from Dotdigital to Microsoft Dynamics. By default, if the email campaign is sent directly from Dotdigital the basic level of data is synchronised. This is a high-level overview of how the campaign has performed. The basic synchronisation level includes data such as the total number sent, total opens, and total clicks.

You can change the sync level if more detailed information is needed, such as the individual actions performed by contacts who received the campaign. This level of data is displayed in the campaign report and on a contact's Engagement timeline.
