Microsoft Dynamics connector upgrade: Solution packages available!

Engagement Cloud for Microsoft Dynamics scheduled maintenance and upgrade for 11 September 2019 includes the following new feature:

  • We've built new solution packages for Microsoft Dynamics 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 365. Upgrade yours now.
  • A banner in the Email settings of Microsoft Dynamics 365 now lets you know when it's time to update your solution.

Microsoft Dynamics connector upgrade: Search bar added to 'Sync Audit' tab 

Engagement Cloud for Microsoft Dynamics scheduled maintenance and upgrade for 17 July 2019 includes the following new feature:

  • In Microsoft Dynamics, located in 'Email Account Settings', there's a new search box in the new 'Sync Audit' tab that allows users to search among 30 days worth of data, such as type (campaign statistics, marketing lists, data labels, suppression lists, unsubscribers, CRM metadata, forms, WebInsights, contact scoring and contact opt-in) and status (completed, completed with errors, and in progress). Microsoft Dynamics connector upgrade: New sync option

Engagement Cloud for Microsoft Dynamics scheduled maintenance and upgrade for 3 July 2019 includes the following new feature:

  • Users now have the option to:
    • Schedule nightly syncs from Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8am (UTC). Click here for more information.
    • Schedule once a day syncs to run at a specific time. Click here for more information.

Microsoft Dynamics connector upgrade: Ability to sync disqualified leads

Engagement Cloud for Microsoft Dynamics scheduled maintenance and upgrade for 19 June 2019 includes the following new feature:

  • In Microsoft Dynamics, you can now sync closed and disqualified leads, whereas before, only open and active leads could be synced. This new feature can be used by going to Workplace > Settings > Email Accounts > Email Settings. From here, click the applicable account, go to Email Settings > Administration, untick 'Sync only open leads and active contacts', then click Save Admin Settings. You will not need to upgrade, as this feature will be automatically available to you. Click here for more information.
