Two column headers in the Email reports (BETA) exports will change on December 4, 2024. You must make the required adjustments to prevent any automated processes from breaking.
The changes
Two column headers in the Email reports (BETA) exports are changing.
The Email reports (BETA) page offers two export options:
Export of Totals
Export of Daily breakdown
The changes for each of these export options:
Current column header (Totals export) | Current column header (Daily breakdown export) | New column header (Totals + Daily breakdown exports) |
LastDateSent | LastDateSent | DateSent |
NumberOfOrders | NumberOfDirectOrders | NumOrders |
Required actions
You should investigate whether you have automated processes that depend on the column headers in these exports. This includes any scripts or tools used for data analysis, manipulation, or import/export operations. When the column headers change, these processes could stop working.
If you have automated processes like this, adjust your setup to accommodate these column header changes before December 4, 2024.
If you do not have any automated processes in place, no action is required on your part.
Reason for the changes
Email Reports (BETA) is exiting its beta phase and will eventually replace the Email Reports Table tab. To prepare for this transition, we are aligning the column header names in the Email Reports (BETA) exports with those in the Email Reports Table tab.
