Overview
To access TikTok Audience reporting, go to Analytics > Reports > More reports > Channels and Webhooks > TikTok Audience.
It provides daily updates on the status of contacts within TikTok Audience. You can view the following statistics:
Contacts added - the number of contacts added to a TikTok audience each day.
A contact is successfully added when we send them to the audience in TikTok and that send is accepted.
Contacts removed - the number of contacts removed from a TikTok audience each day.
Contacts failed to sync - any contacts that failed to be added or removed. You can review these contacts and move them to another list for further action.
New warnings - any new warnings related to the sync process.
You can choose any contact number report, such as Contacts added, Contacts removed, or Contacts failed, and add them to a list in your account.
A contact may appear in the Contacts added, Contacts removed, or Contacts failed columns multiple times if they were part of multiple audiences. This means the actual list of contacts might be smaller than the reported number because each contact exists as a single record in Dotdigital.
