Channel and webhook reports

Use the Channels and Webhooks report to monitor activity for your webhooks and digital marketing channels.

Find the report

  1. Go to Analytics > Reports.

  2. Expand the MORE REPORTS drop-down menu, then select Channels and Webhooks.

Tabs at the top of the report provide to access reporting for any of your webhooks or digital marketing channels.

Webhook requests

Custom or existing webhooks.

Facebook Audience

Insights and alerts for Facebook integration.

Google Ads

Monitoring and alerts for Google Ads integration.

Push Notifications

Information and alerts related to push notifications.

TikTok Audience

Information and alerts related to TikTok Audience contacts.

If you haven’t set up any webhooks or channels, a notification explains how to set one up.


Filters

Use the filter options to refine your view.

You can filter by:

Description

Platform

Choose the webhook or channel you want to view logs for.

Profile name

Choose a specific profile under the selected platform.

Status

Filter logs by their status, such as Pending, Processing, Failed, or Success.


View reports on a tab

To see more detailed reporting, select one of the tabs.

This shows you details of contacts added, removed, failed to sync, and warning messages.

To filter further within each tab, select FILTER in the top right. Set the filters you want to use, then select APPLY.


Add contacts to a list

On a channel report, you can select any select a contact count, such as Contacts added, Contacts removed, or Contacts failed, and add them to a list in your account.

To do this:

  1. Select the number in the appropriate column and row.

  2. On the side panel, expand the ADD CONTACT TO LIST drop-down menu.

  3. Choose either Add contacts to list or Add contacts to new list.
