With unified contacts, most of the process for creating a page or form remains the same, but there are some small differences that it's helpful to be aware of:

What’s changed
You now have two new options for question types: Contact email and Contact mobile number.
Contact email: Use this to request and collect a valid email address from your respondent. The email address is then added to your account as a contact.
Contact mobile number: Use this to request and collect a valid mobile number from your respondent. The mobile number is then added to your account as a contact.
Submit actions
What's changed
Submit actions now automatically add contacts to lists and enroll onto programs using whichever channel data they entered; Contact email, Contact mobile number, or both.
Assign data fields to your form blocks
What’s changed
You can now choose to assign to what were previously your SMS-only fields (@FIELD1@, and so on).
Form reports
What’s changed
The Channel data updates section of the report now shows metrics for both Email and SMS.
