The ability to segment on replies can be used as an engagement metric or to make decisions in programs.

Create a segment from email replies
Go to Audience > Segments.
If you're creating a new segment, select NEW SEGMENT. To edit an existing segment, select the Edit icon for the segment you want to modify.
Drag the Replies block onto the canvas.
Select Replied to any campaigns they were sent.
In the Options for 'replies' popover, expand the first drop-down menu and select Email.
Expand the second drop-down menu and choose from:
Replied to any campaigns they were sent
Not replied to any campaigns they were sent
Replied to specific campaigns they were sent
Not replied to specific campaigns they were sent
If you chose an option relating to specific campaigns, select the check boxes for the email campaigns you want to include in your rule.
Expand the Date drop-down menu and set your date parameters.
Select OK.
Select SAVE to generate your segment.
