Before you start
Things you need to know:
You can only convert a triggered campaign into a standard campaign within 30 minutes of creating it.
Warning about locked campaigns
To prevent potential sending failures in program usage, triggered campaigns are locked 30 minutes after creation. Once locked, their type cannot be changed.
Convert a triggered email into a standard email campaign
Go to Automation > Triggered email.
Select the campaign you want to convert. This opens the campaign in EasyEditor.
Select Create or Back to go to the Campaign details.
Select CAMPAIGN SETTINGS.
For Type, select STANDARD.
Select APPLY.
Convert a locked triggered campaign into a standard campaign
To convert a triggered campaign into a standard campaign after it's been locked, you need to copy the campaign first.
Go to Automation > Triggered email.
Find the campaign you want to copy and select the campaign's checkbox.
Expand the MORE ACTIONS drop-down menu, and select Copy campaign.
Enter a name, and select Copy.
Select the copied campaign. This opens the campaign in EasyEditor.
Select Create or Back to go to the Campaign details.
Select CAMPAIGN SETTINGS.
For Type, select STANDARD.
Select APPLY.
