Respondents can check the Consent box to agree to the text you provide. If your page or form is assigned to a contact data field then the consent data is stored as ConsentInsight against the contact. When you export a survey or form that includes a Consent block, the export includes the consent text and whether the respondent agreed to it.
Before you start

This article assumes you are either editing or creating a new survey, page, or form.
Add a consent block
Expand the Form block menu, then drag the Consent block onto the EasyEditor canvas.
On the Consent block, double-click Type consent text here and enter your consent text.
If consent is required, select the Consent box to open the left-side settings menu. Then select the Required answer check box and enter your required answer message into the text box.
