If you've unpublished a page or made changes to a live form, republishing ensures your updates are reflected in the live version, links are active, and content is visible to users.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
For forms, republishing ensures the shared link remains the same and directs users to the updated content.
After republishing, surveys maintain unique, system-generated links that can't revert to previously used versions, although the human-readable part of the link can still be changed.
Republish a page
Go to Content > Surveys, pages, and forms, and select the page or form that you want to republish.
Select UNPUBLISHED PAGE, in the top-right corner.
Under Launch, select REPUBLISH.
On the confirmation message, select REPUBLISH again. The page is now online and all links are working.
Select VISIT LINK to go to your page.
Make changes to a live page
After editing a form or survey, you must SAVE AND REPUBLISH for changes to take effect. Saving alone doesn't make any changes live.
If responses are missing after republishing, see Troubleshoot missing or unrecorded form/survey responses.
