Cross-account analytics is a great way to aggregate all of your SMS marketing data from multiple accounts into one place.

Cross-account analytics can help you:

  • See how your accounts are performing collectively.

  • Gain insights into individual accounts, to see which accounts are performing well and which accounts need more focus.

  • Compare and contrast SMS performance from multiple accounts.

  • Export all SMS data into .CSV files for further data analytics.

Cross-account analytics data for email is also available. Learn more in Cross-account analytics for email.

Before you start

Things you need to know:

  • Cross-account analytics is only available to certain account packages.

  • You must have a parent (top-level) account and at least one child (secondary-level) account to use Cross-account analytics.

  • Users must have permission to access at least two accounts to use Cross-account analytics. Users are only able to view the accounts they have permission to access in Cross-account analytics.

  • Parent accounts can add child accounts to Cross-account analytics. To do this, a parent account must:

    • Set the Cross-account analytics user permission for the child account owner email address to YES.

    • Grant the user permission to access other accounts.
