Expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Chat > Chat feature tours.

Use the Features menu to filter the types of chat features displayed, by default it is set to show All features.

Select a feature from the list to open a tour.

Pop-up tour messages give detailed information on how each feature works and links to helpful external content such as support articles and examples.

Navigate through the tour by selecting Next or by following the on-screen instructions. You can exit the tour at any time by selecting X in the corner of the tour message.
