Before you start
Things you need to know:
You must be an account owner or Chat admin to edit your team name or picture.
Learn more in Roles and permissions of Chat.
Team pictures are only visible in the webchat widget. If you only use SMS or WhatsApp chat, you don’t see this option.
Edit your team name
The team name is displayed at the top of the chat widget and is visible to your visitors, so choose a name that’s clear and informative.
Expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Chat > Chat settings.
Select your team name tab.
For Team name, enter your new team name into the text box.
Select SAVE at the bottom of the page.
Add a team picture
Your team picture is the image that users see next to your team name in the webchat widget.
Expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Chat > Chat settings.
Select the tab of the team you want to add a team picture for.
Under the heading Webchat, for Team picture, select CHOOSE FILE.
If you are editing an existing picture, you see CHANGE FILE.Supported image types: PNG, JPG, and GIF.
Maximum file size: 5 MB.
Minimum image dimensions: 200 x 200 pixels.
Find and select your image.
Select SAVE at the bottom of the page.
