Chat has been designed to be intuitive and easy to use. From the Chat interface, you can quickly read and reply to all of your customer chats.
Read and reply to chats
On the chat interface, select the chat session you want to read – this opens the chat window.
To reply, enter your message into the Type message box.
Select Send.
That's it. Your website visitor sees your response in the chat widget on your website. All you have to do now is wait for them to reply.
