Before you start
Things you need to know:
You must first create your form using our Sign up Chat form template in Pages and forms.
Send a form in a chat
On the chat interface, select the chat session you want to reply to — this opens the chat window.
Select the form icon in the Type message box.
From the side panel, select the form you want to send from the form list. The form name appears in the chat message box.
To send the form, select Send. If you selected the wrong file, select the red X next to the form name and start again.
