Data sync settings for Shopify to Dotdigital

Turn data sync on and off, run a manual sync, or check the connection settings of your integration.

Before you start:

  • If you resubscribe contact email addresses using the Accepts email marketing status in Shopify, be aware that when your data syncs, we automatically send Double opt-in confirmation emails from your Dotdigital account.

Turn data sync on or off

  1. Go to Connect.

  2. Under Installed integrations and extensions, select the Shopify tile.

  3. Under Connected store, for Data sync, select ON or OFF.

  4. Select SAVE.

Run a manual data sync

  1. Go to Connect.

  2. Under Installed integrations and extensions, select the Shopify tile.

  3. Under Connected store, for Data sync, select SYNC NOW.
